	The Center serves as a focal point for all services and programs provided by the Older Americans Act and Franklin Co. Council on the Aging. These services include the following: Adult Day Care for Alzheimer's and stroke patients; home care to the seriously ill; transportation; hot meals served at the Center 5 days a week, along with the Meal on Wheels program; educational classes; recreational activities and other services. Eligibility: Sixty years of age or older and a resident of Franklin County Cost: Donations are accepted for social services and meals.
