Services include socialization, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, and respite care for primary caregivers.  SCP services are provided free of charge.  Clients receiving the services must be seniors and have a physical/mental condition that results in the need for in-home care and social support to retain their highest level of independence.

The Homecare Program provides supportive services to the frail elderly who are at risk of institutionalization.  The goal of the Homecare Program is to provide basic services to the frail elderly who have functional disabilities or chronic health/social problems that will allow them to remain in the community and prevent early or unnecessary institutionalization.
